Communicating Progress with Stakeholders
- Student Self Assessments (four per semester)
- SIS Attendance Data (monthly, but could be checked at any time)
- SIS Comments (written by counselors and administration) - for discipline or other issues that arise
- Parent Involvement (Data gathered and assessed during Staff Team Meetings.)
- How many parents are making it to the in-person meetings?
- How many views on the videos are there?
- Student Grades
- 3 Progress Reports per semester (6 total)
- Fall 2015 and Spring 2016 Semester Grades
Communicating Progress with Stakeholders
- The main staff for this project - an administrator, counselor, resource teacher, and advisory teacher - will schedule meetings via the Outlook Calendar.
- Meeting minutes will be kept in a shared Google document.
- Student progress will be monitored by advisory teacher - and shared via Google document, e-mail, or Google sheet.
- Students and advisory teacher will communicate in person and via Canvas message, e-mail, and Canvas course website.
- Parents will communicate with staff via e-mail, Canvas message, in person, or via telephone.
- Other teachers of these students will e-mail the counselor or advisory teacher with concerns or accolades about the focus group students.
